Meditation is so important to promote healthy peace of mind and not only encourages us to take charge of our mental health wellbeing, the knock-on effect allows us to improve our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Tanya enjoys writing and holding guided meditation classes, taking the client on a journey to another place with a focus of not only mental stress relief and relaxation, but also taking the opportunity to heal on every level. As Tanya is a Reiki practitioner, having this dedicated time to mindfulness allows her to send healing during the meditation class.
In-Person Meditation Class
Tanya is really excited to offer an “in-person (with appropriate social distancing in place)” meditation class in the local area of Harlow from mid September. Please take a look below at the details:
Next Term Dates: Thursday 17th September 2020 through to Thursday 22nd October 2020 (6 weeks – you can join at any point during the term, subject to class number availability).
Time/Duration: This one-hour session starts at 7pm and the guided meditation is 40 minutes long, with 20 minutes of healing/spiritual guidance to end the session each week.
Cost: £30 for the 6-week term (payment must be paid upfront per term).
Location: The Link Social Club, Parsloe Road, Harlow, CM19 4RT
Things to bring: Warm, comfortable clothing, a yoga-type matt (if you have one), a blanket, and pillow./cushion.
